The object is at the stage of rough construction completion.

Roof

Wooden paneling, hydro and vapor insulation, and metal tiles with snow resistance.

Masonry

External and internal partition walls, finished with red bricks of 25cm and 12cm according to the project.

Facade

100% complete facade with white plaster, thermal insulation, finished and fitted with terracotta and natural wood. Stone is set to be added in April/May 2025.

Joinery

Installed - PVC with REHAU profiles, golden oak color with double glazing of 24mm. The sills are made of aluminum profile with the same color.

Electrical Installations

The external power supply of the building is allowed from the built neighboring one - at 30 m.
The transformer substation, which is a joint investment with the neighboring building and has been operational since October 2008.
Internal Installation - not constructed.

Plumbing and Sanitary Installations

A drainage system has been constructed around the entire building with 3 manholes.
The outgoing sewage system from the building to the central sewer is not constructed.
The external water supply (drinking water). A pipe network Ø 120 has been laid for laying the water supply.
From the connection point to the property with inspection manholes.
The internal plumbing installation has not been installed.

Road

An asphalt road with protective curbs has been completed from the main road to the adjacent two buildings.
